Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor – Outbound (E-Commerce / FMCG)
Location: Naas
Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (Rotating Shifts)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor – Outbound to join our fast-paced E-Commerce FMCG warehouse operation. This role is responsible for overseeing the picking, packing, and dispatch of goods, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Working on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, you will lead a team to achieve daily performance targets while maintaining safety, efficiency, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily outbound operations including picking, packing, staging, and dispatch
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse operatives
• Drive performance against daily KPIs (productivity, accuracy, OTIF, service levels)
• Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched within agreed timelines
• Maintain high standards of quality control and minimise picking errors
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively across the shift
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures
• Conduct daily team briefings, performance reviews, and shift handovers
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and delays
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

What We’re Looking For

• 2 Years + FMCG warehouse environment
• Strong understanding of outbound logistics and order fulfilment processes
• Experience managing teams and driving KPI performance
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume operation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work a rotating 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
