Greenerprinter is a sustainable commercial printer in Point Richmond. We print for customers all over the country, and every order that leaves our building goes through the shipping team. If it’s packed wrong or damaged, we reprint it, so this job matters.

The job
You’ll pack and ship finished print orders: business cards, booklets, boxes, card decks, and more. Each order gets checked against the order details, packed so it arrives in perfect condition, labeled, and staged for UPS and FedEx pickup. On busy days you’ll help the finishing team get orders ready to ship.

This is physical work. You’ll be on your feet the whole shift, lifting boxes up to 50 lbs, and doing the same motions over and over. The pace picks up hard before carrier pickup every afternoon.

A typical day

• Pull finished orders and check quantities and specs before packing
• Pack orders with the right materials so nothing gets crushed, scuffed, or bent
• Print labels and get everything staged before pickup
• Flag anything that looks wrong before it goes out the door
• Keep the station clean and stocked

You’ll do well here if

• You’ve held a physical, fast-paced job for at least 6 months (warehouse, fulfillment, kitchen, manufacturing, moving, cleaning crew)
• You notice small mistakes and fix them instead of shipping them
• You show up on time, every shift. This is the most important thing on the list.
• You live within a reasonable commute of Point Richmond

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
