Our Logistics team plays a critical role in supporting global device lifecycle programs, ensuring seamless outbound and return logistics, strong carrier management, and on‑time, in‑full delivery across regions.

About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist who supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory handling, adherence to company procedures, and a safe, well‑organized working environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting internal teams through reliable and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in all goods‑in and goods‑out activities.
• Maintain high standards of picking and packing to ensure order accuracy.
• Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs at all times).
• Generate and support reporting for cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory audits.
• Assist with maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date warehouse documentation.
• Partner with Sales and Finance teams to resolve inventory discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts and stock takes.
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely, as required.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support overall warehouse operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Valid reach forklift license.
• Good working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Comfortable performing physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to housekeeping and workplace organization.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver heavy machinery and warehouse equipment, as required.

Work Environment

• Warehouse environment with regular physical activity.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures is essential.

Pay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
