With our continued growth, we are currently looking for Warehouse Stock Controller to join our Warehouse Operation.
We are looking for team members to help us level up our fulfilment service helping us scale the business. This is where you come in.
What You Will Do
As a Stock Controller, your primary responsibilities will be:
- To maintain overall stock integrity of the warehouse through regular monitoring of stocks.
- Carry out scheduled and unscheduled stock counts to ensure the stock reflecting on WMS matches the actual inventory.
- Investigate root cause of any losses and provide feedback to ensure possibility of reoccurrence can be minimized.
- Monitoring and fixing of stock on daily basis and doing put ways.
- Preventing stock loss by highlighting and possible fixing of errors and system issues e.g, Duplicate Barcode, etc. Organize and execute the Biannual Stock takes.
- Fix any stock discrepancies as reported. Assist Team Leads with any stock related queries.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Assistant Manager to meet inventory needs, guaranteeing a constant supply of stock.
- Quality control is crucial.
- Your keen attention to detail will shine as you reconcile stock quantities with WMS records and conduct regular audits as requested.
- Experience with WMS system is highly desirable.
- Replenishment of stock before the end of each shift
Other Duties as Required. As a team, you will be asked to help in other areas outside of your normal day-to-day responsibilities to ensure the operation runs efficiently and with a high level of accuracy. Flexibility is key. Actively participate with all Health & Safety, Quality and HACCP requirements relating to the warehouse.
What You’ll Need
- Good Knowledge of warehouse equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, MEWP) along with general maintenance and housekeeping skills.
- Willingness to co-operate with others to solve problems in a fast-moving environment.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Willingness to get tasks completed on time, accurately.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly.
- Desire to learn process, procedures, and technology as well as the eCommerce business full life cycle.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Good communicator not afraid to ask questions and always being respectful of others.
- Ability and willingness to identify operational opportunities to improve the way we do things.
- Able to work scheduled shift arriving timely.
- Ability to lift 50lbs without restriction and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach above and push/pull frequently.
- A ‘can-do’ attitude where no task is too big or small.
- Forklift and MEWP license is highly desirable

Shift Schedule Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm & Occasional Saturday shift
