We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with experience in warehouse and web fulfillment operations. The role involves overseeing deliveries, stock control, order processing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Deliveries
- Receive, check, and sign off deliveries, ensuring accuracy against delivery notes.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or damaged goods promptly.
Stock Organisation & Control
- Organise stock in designated locations to maintain an efficient, accurate warehouse.
- Support with stock file updates and regular stock counts.
Web Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders accurately and on time.
- Ensure parcels are packed securely, labelled correctly, and handed to couriers within deadlines.
Team Communication
- Liaise with retail teams and head office to resolve stock or order issues.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.
Health & Safety
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment in line with company standards.

- Organised with excellent attention to detail — accuracy is essential.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak periods.
- Prior experience in warehouse, stock control, or e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage (training provided for the right candidate).

Pay: €29,000.00-€33,000.00 per year
