About the job

We are seeking accountable and experienced supervisor to manage HPL staff and operations. This is a hands-on role will be responsible for:

Overseeing warehouse operations (inventory picking, packing and management)
Supervising a small team (roster, coach and motivate)
Coordinating logistics (inbound and outbound)
Communicating and collaborate with customer, operations,
Fostering a culture of productivity, compliance and customer service.
About you

We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

logistics freight/carrier industry
People management
customer service experience.
Licenses required (Current Forklift and Full Drivers License)
RACA Certified, MPI Accreditations and Load & Restraint
