We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient logistics and inventory management, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This role is crucial in supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring timely shipping and receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
• Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Perform heavy lifting as required and assist in the physical handling of goods when necessary.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of logistics principles and practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management techniques and tools.
• Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) operations is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize workflow.
• Expertise in inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies.
• Understanding of e-commerce fulfillment requirements and best practices.
• Experience in shipping and receiving operations within a warehouse setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
