Description:
Perfection Fresh Australia is seeking a meticulous and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at the Brisbane Distribution Centre, within the Trading Floor department. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to our logistics operations. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities within the warehouse environment. Your main tasks will include:

• Managing and leading a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operation
• Organising and prioritising workflow to meet operational requirements and deadlines
• Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures to optimise productivity and accuracy
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring stock integrity through regular stocktakes
• Coordinating with other departments to facilitate smooth inbound and outbound logistics processes
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment
• Utilising warehouse management systems to track inventory movement and maintain accurate records

Skills and Experiences:

• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position within a fast-paced distribution centre environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve set targets and KPIs
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain one is desirable
