Job Descriptions
1. Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods
2. Lead and manage a team of warehouse operatives; conduct training, performance reviews, and team scheduling
3. Operate and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory, managing stock movements, and generating performance reports
4. Liaise with internal logistics and supply chain departments to plan inbound and outbound operations
5. Coordinate with external transportation partners and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and collections
6. Enforce compliance with health & safety regulations and implement best practices in warehouse safety and manual handling
7. Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains in warehouse operations
8.Prepare reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management
9. Plan and organize the layout and space requirements of the warehouse.
10.Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Key Requirements
1. Proven experience in a supervisory warehouse or logistics operations role.
2.Strong working knowledge of logistics tracking tools and warehouse management systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, WMS platforms)
3. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage warehouse teams in a high-volume environment
4. Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
5. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
6. Experience with workplace health and safety practices and compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €34,000.00 per year
