We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and assist with deliveries using the company van. This hands-on role is essential in ensuring accurate order fulfilment, efficient stock handling, and timely dispatch and delivery to our customers or store locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of stock to different stores
- Assist with local deliveries using the company van, ensuring goods are transported safely and on time
- Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes
- Liaise with other departments such as logistics, customer service, and purchasing to resolve issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
Skills required
- Experience in a warehouse or similar position
- Full, clean Category B driving license
- Comfortable driving a company van and performing local deliveries as needed
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Basic IT skills and a working knowledge of EPOS systems.
- Excellent time management skills and a good work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy items - manual handling course will be provided as part of training.
- Team work skills and ability to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
