Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Our client is a well-established Irish business operating within the medical products and distribution sector, supplying essential equipment and products across Ireland.

The Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse operation.

This is a hands-on role combining operational oversight with administration, where you will manage stock, coordinate logistics, and supervise a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including goods in/out and order dispatch
• Supervise and support one warehouse team member
• Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and reporting
• Coordinate deliveries and logistics with internal teams and couriers
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Excel
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Handle general warehouse administration and reporting

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong administration and IT skills (Excel/systems)
• Experience supervising or supporting staff
• High attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to manage both operational and administrative tasks
