Description:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Minchinbury. As our operations expanding, we are seeking a strong leader who excels in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse management and system, supervising day-to-day operation ensuring efficiency and accuracy. If you’re ready to hit the ground running, we’d love to hear from you. This is a permanent full-time role working an average of 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

• Lead and motivate the warehouse staff and drivers, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.

Unloading of trucks and the scanning of stock on receipt, scanning of stock into locations.
Manage the daily work plan, inventory management and control
Performing stocktakes and the analysis of variances
Oversee picking and checking processes for accuracy and to ensure customer orders are fulfilled
Oversee pallet movements and pallet control
Ensure that documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Assist in employee training, development and engagement

What you will need to succeed:

• Current Forklift license (essential)
• Proven team leading experience ideally within FMCG warehouse
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in using Microsoft D365 and Warehouse Management Systems, or similar database
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach
