Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Warehouse operative/driver/event set up team member to support the preparation, delivery, setup, and breakdown of event equipment, as well as the day-to-day organisation and cleanliness of our warehouse. This is a physical and varied role requiring attention to detail, reliability, and a can-do attitude. The role involves travel to event venues across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Setup & Breakdown

* Load and unload vans for events (props, lighting, signage, staging, etc.)
* Assist with setting up and dismantling event equipment at venues across Ireland
* Follow event plans/layouts to ensure accurate setup

Warehouse & Store Maintenance

* Organise and maintain props, backdrops, signage, lighting, and technical equipment
* Clean and carry out minor repairs on props and equipment
* Keep the warehouse floor tidy and safe.

Logistics & Support

* Perform inventory checks and help manage stock levels of event materials
* Pack and prepare items for transport
* loading/unloading
* Support the team in other warehouse or event duties as required

Skills & Experience

* Good level of physical fitness – able to lift and carry props and equipment
* Comfortable working early mornings, late evenings, or weekends when needed
* Basic DIY/maintenance skills (e.g., tightening fittings, cleaning equipment) and computer skills required
* Clean driving licence ( must be 25+ years of age)
* Ability to work as part of a fast-moving team under tight timelines
