Warranty Administrator - Jaguar, Land Rover & Volvo Kelowna

The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for a Warranty Administrator for its Jaguar, Land Rover & Volvo Kelowna dealership. We are looking for a person who is well organized, meticulous with documents and filing, enjoys working with numbers and someone who will enjoy working in a team environment. *Please note this is a temporary, minimum 2-month contract with the possibility of extension.*

In this exciting role, you will:

• Maintain a good working relationship between customers, dealership and manufacturer
• Review every warranty repair order written for proper completion, accuracy and legibility according to the applicable policies and procedures
• Check each repair order against the vehicle service history to avoid making duplicate claims.
• Monitor the use of special warranty guidelines/bulletins for diagnosis time, straight time repairs and claim integrity
• Process all warranty claims for payment and submits all necessary documentation
• Review all returned and /or rejected warranty claims and prepare the repair orders for immediate resubmission.
• Post warranty payment statements and maintain receivables schedules Reconciles all warranty payments
• Maintain a record of all claims submitted, returned/rejected or paid and their current status.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
