Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify warranty claims accurately
- Maintain warranty records and documentation
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and customers
- Follow up on claim approvals and reimbursements
- Prepare warranty reports and update systems regularly
- Ensure compliance with company warranty policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, systems)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.Tech / Any Degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
