Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated Water Meter Installer who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive, hands-on team. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to build your career with a company that invests in its people.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Water meter installation or plumbing experience (preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate).
Strong technical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Basic plumbing and carpentry ability.
Comfortable using handheld tools, computers, and navigation equipment.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
Willingness to work outdoors year-round and in confined spaces (training provided).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Active HST number (for contract billing).

What You’ll Do
Install, replace, and test Sensus water meters in a variety of residential and commercial locations.
Use handheld computers, GPS, and programming tools to record and verify installation data.
Interact directly with customers, delivering professional and courteous service every time.
Complete accurate work orders and uphold Wamco’s safety and quality standards.
Work Environment
Outdoor job sites in various weather conditions.
Team-driven environment with strong field and office support.
Company-provided uniforms and PPE are required.
