Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Water, Mold, Demo, and Restoration Technician to join our dynamic restoration team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing water damage restoration, mold remediation, demo, painting,drywall,trim carpentry ,etc. Your expertise will help clients recover from unexpected disasters swiftly and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly contribute to restoring safety and comfort for our customers.

This role involves working on-site to restore properties affected by disasters, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety Looking for motivated and reliable employees for the following trades

Demo crews

Water Technicians

Drywallers

Painters

Mold remediation technicians

Any Certifications ( IICRC-WRT or MRT), come with higher pay

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess water damage in residential and commercial properties
- Perform mold remediation and water extraction
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Remove damaged materials and dispose of them properly
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mold growth
- Document all work performed and provide detailed reports to clients

Experience:
- Previous experience in mold remediation and water damage restoration preferred
- Knowledge of industry-standard practices and procedures
- Familiarity with equipment used for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

All hires must have valid Florida drivers license in good standing. Must pass drug screening and background check.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call

Experience:

• Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)

Duties

• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification to mitigate water damage using specialized equipment and techniques
• Conduct mold remediation by identifying mold growth, setting up containment areas, and safely removing mold using appropriate methods
• Execute demolition tasks such as removing damaged drywall, flooring, ceilings, and other building materials with hand tools and power tools
• Assist in fire damage cleanup by removing soot, debris, and odors to restore properties to their pre-loss condition
• Utilize cleaning equipment for carpet cleaning, surface cleaning, and debris removal to ensure thorough restoration
• Follow safety protocols during asbestos abatement or other hazardous material handling procedures
• Document all work performed accurately and communicate progress effectively with team members and clients

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
