Introduction:
Water Quality Coordinator – Shepparton Precast

Civilmart is an Australian owned national manufacturer of civil concrete products supplying to sectors such as residential development, local government, water authorities, civil infrastructure, irrigation, and the plumbing and drainage market. We are one of the largest producers of precast concrete in Australia, with operations across QLD, NSW, VIC, and SA and 24 sites nationwide.

We’re currently seeking a Water Quality (WQ) Coordinator to join our National WQ team. The role is primarily based at Civilmart Shepparton Precast, with some travel to other manufacturing facilities required in line with category growth.

This role plays a key part in supporting the national Water Quality (WQ) product portfolio by coordinating all scheduling and production-related aspects of this product category.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure all WQ orders are supplied in full, on time, and within specification, helping drive the success of one of Civilmart’s key growth areas.

What you’ll be doing:
Coordinate Water Quality (WQ) projects across Australia, being the main link between manufacturing, sales and logistics.
Maintain the National Quote Register and Sales Pipeline for all WQ opportunities.
Support Sales, Engineering, and Production to deliver high-quality WQ solutions to customers.
Identify opportunities to streamline production and improve efficiency.
Present insights to assist in design, manufacturing, and sales workflow improvements.
Support promotional and marketing initiatives for Civilmart’s WQ range.
Represent Civilmart at industry events and internal meetings.
Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement across WQ manufacturing sites.

What we’re looking for:
Experience in a similar coordination or sales role within manufacturing, civil, or concrete industries.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities across multiple manufacturing locations.
A practical, hands-on approach with a focus on safety and quality.
Current driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia.
Qualifications in engineering, product design, management, or business are highly regarded.
