Water Treatment Specialist

Carroll Water is a family owned and operated business. We have been providing Water Well and Water Treatment Systems for almost 40 years, to include: well pumps, pressure tanks, constant pressure systems, filters, neutralizers, softeners, reverse osmosis systems and more.

Our customer base includes Residential, Commercial, Agriculture and Industrial Clients. We currently hold several key contracts with National Retailers, Regional Businesses and State Governments.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide skilled labor intensive assistance for our Water Treatment Department. This could include but not limited to:

• Work with customers in a professional manner troubleshooting/diagnosing issues on a variety of water softeners, acid neutralizers, reverse osmosis systems, and other water treatment systems.

• Maintain a log of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments

• Willing to train helpers/apprentices

• Clean and maintain equipment

• Lift (50+lbs) on a regular basis

• Bend, stand, and remain active for long periods of time

• Responsible for loading, hauling supplies to and from job site.

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner

• Valid Driver's license

• Knowledge of water treatment and/or plumbing

• Must be available to work the weekend on-call rotation

• Tool identifications

Founded in 1983 by Ron Smith. Ron's goal was to provide Carroll County, Maryland with clean drinking water. After many years building Carroll Water in 2015 his son, Brian, purchased the company. Brian worked in the company since he was 12 years old. Since acquiring the company Brian's vision has continued to surpass all expectations, acquiring Harr Well Drilling in 2016 and Jones Well Drilling in 2022, to make Carroll Water a leader in the Water Treatment and Well Drilling industry.
