Waterproofer

Watercoat are a well-established business for over 30 years specialising in waterproofing within the construction industry. We are seeking an experienced Waterproofer for an immediate start to join our growing team based in Sydney. We have several large scale projects with ongoing work for the next several years.

We are looking for a self motivated person who takes pride in their work to commence on a casual basis, with the view to working full time within the next month. We offer opportunities to learn and grow and become a valued member of the team.

Required criteria to be considered for this role:-

• experience of 5+ years in waterproofing
• experience in supervising and running teams or projects
• ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Be able to manage a project within a team or on your own
• Be able to work on various project locations within Sydney
• Have their reliable transport and hold a current driver’s licence
• Be flexible with working hours, Saturday work may be required on occasion
• Have good communication skills and the ability to liaise with builders,clients, colleagues, and other trades

Due to our current workload the successful applicant will need to be hard working, hands on and able to hit the ground running. Works range from preparing and applying standard wet area membranes, balconies, planters, epoxy and many aspects of the waterproofing industry.
