WE ARE HIRING – SERVICE ADVISOR (PHONE SUPPORT)

Location: Navi Mumbai | UK Process | 5 Days Working
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Weekly Offs)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Service Advisor (Phone Support) who will handle inbound calls from UK customers, resolve queries, book services/MOT, and ensure a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls & resolve enquiries
• Book vehicle services & inspections
• Log complaints & escalate when required
• Update CRM & maintain accurate call records
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Ensure quality standards & GDPR compliance

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in Customer Service / Call Centre
• Excellent spoken English & phone etiquette
• Comfortable working with CRM/tools
• Calm, patient & good problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of leasing/insurance/service (preferred)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
