Webmaster

As part of our rapid growth and expansion, we are seeking for a Webmaster to manage our website's functionality, performance, and security. This role involves optimizing the site for both user experience and search engine visibility, ensuring company's online presence aligns with the business’s growth and branding strategies.

Job Description:

• Website Management: Maintain and update the company's website, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Ensure that all web pages are functioning correctly, regularly updated, and aligned with company's’ strategic goals.
• SEO & Web Analytics: Utilize SEO best practices to enhance search rankings and drive organic traffic. Regularly monitor web performance metrics, including site speed, traffic, and user engagement, through tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Website Security & Compliance: Implement and manage site security protocols. Ensure website security is up-to-date to prevent any hacking attempts and adhere to financial and industry compliance standards.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Address technical issues that may arise on the site, including server, coding, or compatibility problems. Work closely with the IT team to ensure site reliability.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously improve the site’s loading speed and mobile responsiveness. Use website optimization tools to enhance user experience.
• Stakeholder Management Experience: Proven ability to work with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure website goals align with business priorities.
• UI/UX Improvement: Work closely with the design team to ensure user-friendly and intuitive interfaces. Implement basic UI/UX principles to improve user experience across devices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Fresh Graduates with Degree in Computer Science or relevant field are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development platforms like WordPress or other CMS platforms. Familiarity with SEO tools and website optimization techniques.
• Security Knowledge: Solid understanding of website security protocols, SSL certificates, and compliance with industry standards, especially in financial sectors.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to monitor site performance using tools like Google Analytics, identify issues, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, IT, and content teams to enhance site performance and align with company’s overall business objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month
