Webmaster / Publisher / Content Creator / Social Media Specialist Pt

PLAN ( Portfolio Landlord's Action Network) is a trade industry body for Landlords with 75 properties or more . In total our members control 15,000 plus properties.

We have created a website that will carry content / advertising in 4 areas namely:

1 . Proptech for Landlords

2. Finance for Landlords

3. Legal problems for Landlords

4 Building works for Landlords

We want an experienced webmaster who can use linked in / facebook and other social media to reach out to those who have businesses in those areas to promote their products and services and provide information about them on our website in a wide range of categories for each area.

Then work with those parties to curate their content for the website and once the site is established to pay for promoting their products and services

Then to reach out to Landlords and Agents and service providers such as builders who work in property to use our site to gain knowledge about the products and services .

So take Building Works There are many different areas under that heading for example roofing, heating, damp , mould , conversions. lofts, extensions, the list goes on. We create content about each area that is informative and helpful and then promote the same on social medai

We want to make this the one stop site for those with property needs.

We are looking for a person based in the North West who can work mainly from home but come to one of our offices when necessary to develop this site. The right person will be able to show us the best way to develop the content for the site and promote it.

The website is based on wordpress so the right candidate will be very familiar with wordpress. We will be marketing via linkedin , facebook , X and you tube and possibly other sites like tik tok. The right candidate will be an expert in using those sites to maximum efficiency

To begin with this job will only be part time but there may be longer term prospects if the site takes off.
