We are looking for content strategy execution partner, not just a copywriter. Content Specialist (Website) to support the development and optimization of website content. The role requires a strong understanding of content structure, SEO, and user intent, along with the ability to create and refine copy that aligns with existing content and business goals.


What you’ll do:

Content Structure

  • Understand the existing and proposed website architecture, content hierarchy, and user journeys
  • Ensure content consistency across the site in terms of tone, messaging, and structure

Content Creation & Optimization

  • Write and edit website copy and identify imagery that not only aligns with brand voice and existing content but also fits the proposed new structure for the webpages.
  • Optimize content for SEO, including keyword integration, internal linking, and on-page best practices
  • Refresh and improve existing content to enhance clarity, relevance, and performance
  • Proactively raise risks and dependencies in a timely manner

SEO & Performance Thinking

  • Clear understanding of integrating SEO elements (heading structure, page hierarchy, internal linking, URL structure to the content etc)
  • Create content with both users and search engines in mind

Collaboration & Feedback

  • Present content rationale clearly and be open to feedback and iterations
  • Incorporate feedback constructively while maintaining content quality and strategy

Who you are:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in website content, content strategy, or SEO-led content roles
  • Has worked on content-heavy or marketing websites
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on writing
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative

What you bring:

Core Skills

  • Strong website copywriting and editing skills
  • Solid understanding of content strategy and information architecture
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page SEO, search intent, keywords, internal linking)
  • Ability to align new content with existing content and brand voice
  • Clear understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, sitecore)

Strategic & Analytical Thinking

  • Ability to think in terms of user journeys, funnels, and content ecosystems
  • Attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective
  • Comfortable auditing existing content and making improvement recommendations

Collaboration & Communication

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive in raising questions, dependencies, and content needs
  • Open to feedback and comfortable working in iterative environments

Tools & Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
  • Basic understanding of UX writing principles
  • Experience working with designers and developers on website projects
