In a few words

We are looking for an intern who is studying or interested in brand communication, marketing or digital media, and is also good at communication with different parties, pays attention to details, has sense of priority and would like to work and learn in an open-minded international team.

Your healthy routine

You will be working in brand department under the Digital and Social team, managing daily website tasks and providing support to the new product launch project. You will be face with European markets as well as vivo headquarters in China.

You will learn how to manage the website operation with high level of excellence, get the knowledge of tech industry and improve your communication skills based on cross team collaboration.

Your Challenges:

• Support Pan-EU vivo official website daily operation, such as marketing request collection and coordination.
• Together with the whole department, you will join in the development of Pan-EU new product launch website page, such as timeline follow-up, product page review alignment closely with markets, company process support.
• Communicate among Europe team, regional markets and China HQ to ensure the consistency and on time delivery of projects.
• Deal with potential team wise daily marketing operation, such as translation, company system coordination, etc.

Your profile includes:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multiple project stakeholders
• Previous project management experience preferred to manage timeline and result in an intensive, and dynamic working environment
• Excellent MS software skills, especially the Excel and PPT skills
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team’s success with collaborative working style and team-player attitude
• Ability and willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Student in the related filed of brand communication, marketing or digital media
• Working Language: English/Chinese
