Harvey’s Point is a 4 star luxury Donegal hotel set in the idyllic surroundings of Lough Eske with the Bluestack mountains in the background.

The hotel has been at the forefront of the luxury hotel scene for over 30 years and comprises of 101 beautiful bedrooms offering breathtaking scenery at every turn.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective couples to discuss wedding packages, requirements, and budgets.
• Conduct hotel show rounds and present wedding facilities.
• Respond to wedding enquiries via email, phone, or in person.
• Prepare contracts, quotations, and wedding packages.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications.
• Assist couples in planning all aspects of their wedding reception and ceremony.
• Provide professional advice on layouts, menus, décor, and timelines.
• On-the-Day Coordination on day of weddings – be there to meet suppliers and the wedding couple.

About The Role

Candidate Requirements:

• 2 years experience as a Wedding Coordinator in a 4 star deluxe or 5 star environment.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when weddings take place
• Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or event planning software is an advantage
