Active Care Group's Care in the Home division continues to go from strength to strength ensuring we provide a safe, reliable and outcome-based care to all clients by our exceptional support workers, clinicians, and management team.

Our Children and Young People (CYP) Division of our Care in the Home business is growing across Sussex!

We have exciting plans for our Children and Young People's (CYP) Division of our Care in the Home business across Sussex and we would like to hear from highly motivated and proactive Support Workers who are passionate about providing care and support to our young clients enabling them to continue to live in their family homes.

Our Clients:

Within our Children and Young People division of our care in the home services we support children and young people with a wide range of conditions, including: brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions and neurodegenerative diseases, respiratory conditions and gastro-intestinal conditions, including percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding.

We don't just look after the clinical needs of the people we support. We look after the whole person, we pride ourselves on the fact our care extends beyond the individual to their wider family, as we understand the wider impact complex conditions can have.

Shifts:

• Weekends - Saturday and Sundays
• Day shifts (10 hours long)
  
• 10-20 hours a week
• Part Time
