Weekend Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Previous experience in contract cleaning settings is advantageous, as we strive to provide exceptional service through cleanliness.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces as required.
• Replace linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and well-presented.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while using cleaning products and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning role, particularly within the cleaning industry, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capability to manage time effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work every weekend.
• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards and colleagues.

Start Time 7.30 am

Pay is paid monthly

£11.44 per hour

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
