Due to continuous expansion C&F Tooling has a current requirement for Experienced Welders,
Core Skills required:
- Capable of carrying out welding duties on Welding type processes for which they are trained and certified.
- Have knowledge and awareness of the relevant hazards associated with the craft of Welding.
- Understanding the documentation control.
- Capable of reading drawings
- Performing all required in process inspections during the manufacture of the product.
- Liaising with the relevant engineering departments to support continuous improvement activities and other cost reduction activities as required in the course of manufacture.
- Accepting responsibility and accountability for your own safety and the safety of others during the performance of your duties.
- Performing your duties in the spirit of teamwork and support of other team members, especially people in the training and development of new tasks and processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment including the safe storage of finished goods.
Skills/Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in WCM environment or equivalent in Welding position.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Team player
- Self motivated and ability to take initiative
- It is an essential working requirement to be able to speak and understand the English language.
