Required Qualifications

• Previous experience fitting and welding aluminum components using TIG and MIG process
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to successfully complete a practical welding test.
• Provide a satisfactory criminal background check.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Provide your own welding PPE and basic hand tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing production priorities.
• Ability to safely lift materials weighing up to 30 kg.
• Committed to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in and around vehicle interiors, compartments, and beneath vehicles using hand and pneumatic tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain TIG and MIG welding equipment, performing routine preventative maintenance as required.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and perform repairs or rework as required.
• Assist with additional fabrication, assembly, and production tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
• This is an on-site manufacturing position; all fabrication and assembly work is completed in our shop.
