Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Well Pump & Water Filtration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various pump systems. The Pump/Water Filtration Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous operation of equipment, minimizing downtime, and supporting overall efficiency.

Duties

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on pumps and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair pump systems, including mechanical, control components.
  • Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance history, and parts inventory.
  • Adjust and calibrate pumps to meet operational specifications.
  • Conduct analysis of pump performance data to identify potential failures or inefficiencies.
  • Assist in the installation of new pump systems and upgrades.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with team members and other departments regarding maintenance activities.
  • Replace/Install wide range of water filtration technologies including sediment filters, carbon filters, water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and UV disinfection units. You must be comfortable diagnosing water quality issues, performing water tests, and installing or servicing treatment equipment to meet local health and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on pumps or related equipment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including low voltage systems.
  • Experience using CMMS for maintenance tracking and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety standards. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
