Mo te tunga | About the role

As an Integrated Safety Response Administrator - Family Harm you will be responsible for attending and providing administration support at the multi-agency Safety Assessment Meetings.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Schedule and provide accurate lists and information to the partner agencies and Safety Assessments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of multi-agency family harm data into the Case Management System at Safety Assessment and Intensive Case Management Meetings.
  • Add information to the case management system as it is provided.
  • Record and update cases as appropriate as a case progresses.

Whakaritenga motuhake | Special requirements

  • This role is firmly based Sunday - Thursday 0700-1500. Hours are non negotiable
  • Please note, this role is a Locally Advertised Position (LAV) and is only open to applicants within Canterbury District

Utu a-tau | Salary

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $63,526 and $66,312 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
