Mo te tunga | About the role

As an Integrated Safety Response Coordinator - Family Harm you will be responsible for attending and providing administration support at the multi-agency Safety Assessment Meetings.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Implements an effective process to co-ordinate daily operations, including triage and chairing Safety Assessment meetings.
  • Facilitates appropriate and relevant information sharing that identifies current knowledge held by the collective, so that initial risk assessment, and timeframes for response can be agreed upon.
  • Ensures connected, effective responses and balanced allocation of work to service providers based on understanding provider capability, capacity and fit.
  • Identifies, creates and implements solutions to address problems with processes and procedures.
  • Ensures the case management system is accurate and updated regularly, completes administrative and technical support functions as required.
  • Ensures risk escalation processes and procedures are followed by all organisations working in the partnership.
  • Completes quality assurance and trend reporting where required.

Whakaritenga motuhake | Special requirements

  • This role is firmly across 0700-1500pm Tuesday to Saturday. Hours are non-negotiable.

  • Please note, this role is a Locally Advertised Position (LAV) and is only open to applicants within Canterbury District

This role is set at Individual Contributor level, this means your key purpose is "to deliver or enable others to deliver Our Business".

Utu a-tau | Salary

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $95,057 and $100,626 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
