As a Construction Wheel Loader Operator, you play a vital role in the efficient and precise movement of earth, rocks, and debris on construction sites. Operating loaders, you are responsible for tasks such as grading, leveling, and pushing materials to create and maintain desired contours and slopes according to project specifications. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently maneuvering equipment to accomplish project objectives within specified timelines and quality standards.

Job Description:
- Operate a wheel loader to move materials (such as dirt, rocks, sand, or gravel) from one place to another at construction sites, quarries, or other industrial locations.
- Load trucks, hoppers, or storage areas with the materials using the wheel loader.
- Support other heavy equipment such as excavators or bulldozers by providing them with materials or clearing their working area
Requirement for all jobs
- 2-3 or more years of running a Wheel loader
- Underground Utility and Earthworks construction experience are required.
- High attention to detail is required.
- Pay to be determined by skill and experience.
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies, OH & S Legislation, and WCB reporting procedures.
- Understand and maintain quality and production standards and work to achieve established production goals.
- Physically able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly as required in the construction environment.
- Must have your own transportation.
- Must have own steel-toes safety boots.
- Seasonal, full-time, and weekends
