Job Summary

Duties
- Assist guests with mobility needs by safely operating wheelchairs and providing support during transfers and movement within the premises
- Ensure all wheelchairs are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use at all times
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by addressing guest inquiries and offering guidance throughout their visit
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate timely transportation and ensure smooth flow of guest movement
- Maintain safety standards by monitoring surroundings and preventing accidents or hazards during assistance activities
- Support delivery drivers or couriers by helping load, unload, or transport packages when needed
- Document any incidents or equipment issues accurately to ensure prompt resolution and safety compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service roles, especially in food service, courier services, or delivery driving environments
- Ability to operate wheelchairs safely and comfortably while assisting guests with diverse mobility needs
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and assist for extended periods throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation experience with a focus on punctuality and safety protocols
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to mobility assistance and equipment handling
- A friendly attitude combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and guest support
