Join icon fashion house Aje as Wholesale Operations Lead at our Aje Head Office in Redfern.

About this opportunity:
Oversee the entire order lifecycle, including order entry, processing, and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all wholesale accounts.
Inventory control and Forecasting: Monitor wholesale inventory levels, conduct regular audits and closely manage the Domestic wholesale open order book in AP21 to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and logistical forecasting.
Compliance: Build a comprehensive understanding of key account delivery & compliance manual, and customer-specific “value added service” requirements are documented and effectively implemented.
Sales Administration: Support sample management and showroom setup.
Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale customer inquiries, managing communication regarding orders, shipments, returns, and general support issues.
Business Applications: Full end to end process of David Jones PIM Platform, Product Onboarding to NuOrder, and management of customer EDI integrations, ensuring an effective transfer of PO and ASN data with our key accounts. Act as main point of contact in managing third party business Apps.
Logistics & Fulfillment: Coordinate with our third-party logistics (3PL) partners and internal warehouse teams to manage inventory allocation, picking, packing, and shipping.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and supportive approach to our wholesale business.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational efficiencies, best practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and reduce errors across Domestic and International operations.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze operations reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), assist in the preparation of wholesale-related reports, including sales summaries, inventory reports, and operational performance metrics to support the trade teams in driving in-season sales.

Seasonal wholesale orders dispatched complete & within the nominated delivery window
100% compliance with wholesale customers' delivery and booking requirements
Consistent maintenance of accurate sales order and invoice data in AP21.

You will bring:
Proven experience in an operations, logistics, or customer service role, preferably within a wholesale or retail environment.
Proficiency in AP21 (or similar ERP) and MS Office especially Excel is desirable
High attention to detail
Strong data management ability
Excellent communication skills, ability to establish and develop rapport with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Flexible approach to all tasks to accommodate shifting timelines and priorities
A team player with a passion for providing above and beyond support to the team
