What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents using Unity, Will Builder, and Teraview.
  • Managing probate applications, estate administration, and related client communications.
  • Working closely with lawyers and clients to ensure smooth and compassionate handling of sensitive matters.
  • Balancing multiple priorities with precision, professionalism, and care.

What We’re Looking For

  • A graduate of an Ontario Law Clerk program (ILCO certified).
  • 5+ years of experience in Wills and Estates law.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with Unity, Will Builder, and Teraview.
  • A natural communicator — professional, empathetic, and client-focused.
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable — you thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,359.71-$83,163.10 per year
