Wind Turbine Service Technician

We're looking for several experienced Wind Turbine Technicians in the Kerry/Cork areas. Enercon and/or Vestas, experience is preferred

What you will do:

• Act in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
• Service, maintain and repair wind turbines and ancillary components.
• Complete any reporting accurately and on time.
• Complete inventory checks and be responsible for ensuring materials needed are on site.
• Execute other tasks as requested by your Operations Manager.

Candidates should:

• Be qualified as an electrician/electrical-mechanical technician
• Hold full clean EU driving licence
• Be comfortable working at heights and enjoy working in the great outdoors
• Previous experience in servicing, fault finding and repairing of Wind Turbine Generators.
• Preferably have troubleshooting experience with Enercon and/or Vestas turbines.
• A good understanding of the application and use of safe systems of work, including working in accordance with Wind Turbine Safety Rules
