Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window/Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing vinyl windows and steel / fiberglass doors. This is not an entry-level position — applicants must have a strong background in window and door fitting, with the ability to work independently and deliver outstanding results. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. Candidates should be committed to safety, quality workmanship, and timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Measure and assess installation sites to ensure proper fit and function of windows and doors
• Install and replace residential and/or commercial windows, doors, and related products.
• Ensure installations meet company standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site installation challenges.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Experience

• Proven installation experience is required – minimum 3–5 years in professional window and/or door installation.
• Valid Driver's License is Required
• Familiarity with hand tools, schematics, blueprints, and construction schematics is essential
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different project requirements
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
