Job Opportunity: Window & Gutter Cleaning Technician ​Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working outdoors and isn't afraid of a little verticality? We are looking for a reliable, experienced Window and Gutter Cleaning Technician to join our team. ​Whether you are looking for a steady company role or you are an Owner/Operator looking for consistent subcontracting work, we want to hear from you. ​The Essentials ​Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience). ​Schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts during peak seasons. ​Payday: Every Friday (We believe in prompt payment for hard work!). ​What You’ll Be Doing ​Performing professional window cleaning (interior and exterior) for residential and commercial properties. ​Clearing debris from gutters and ensuring downspouts are flowing freely. ​Providing top-tier customer service and maintaining a clean job site. ​Requirements ​Experience: Previous professional experience in window cleaning or gutter maintenance is required. ​Physical Ability: You must be comfortable working at heights and physically capable of handling the demands of the job. ​Equipment Mastery: Proven ability to safely set up and operate 24ft to 32ft extension ladders. ​Reliability: Punctuality is a must.
