Your responsibilities

• Work outdoors in teams of 1 to 2 people.
• Clean windows, gutters, pressure wash, climb ladders, and perform other related tasks.
• Solve problems and be solution-oriented.
• Comply with Crystal Cleaning's quality, safety, and service standards.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, discipline, eagerness to learn, and sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Driver's license required (Class 5).
• Zero tolerance for verbal/physical abuse or discrimination (gender, race, religion, identity).

Conditions

• Salary: $18.50–$23.00/hour + bonuses (performance, employee of the month, end-of-season bonus, commissions, and tips).
• Contract types: full-time, part-time, seasonal, permanent, contract, casual, independent contractor, internship.
• Duration: 10-month contract possible.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) + possibility of 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. Work possible on weekends and holidays as needed.
• Work location: 3005 Rue De Baene, Saint-Laurent, QC H4S 1K8
• Travel: transportation provided to job sites.
