Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Window Cleaning Technician/Team Leader to oversee our cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness on residential and commercial properties. As a Window Cleaning Technician/Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of window cleaners, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the window cleaning team to ensure all cleaning tasks are performed effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
• Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols, including the use of custodial equipment.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for the team.
• Maintain communication with management regarding any issues or concerns related to cleaning operations.
• Assist in performing cleaning tasks as needed, including floor care, restroom sanitation, and window cleaning.
• Operate scissor/boom lifts safely when required for high-access cleaning tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate lifts and other specialized cleaning equipment safely (certification can be provided if not already certified).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends or holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
