We are seeking a Window Install Helper to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our Lead Installer in various types of windows in our customers' homes throughout Eastern Idaho.

This role requires a strong ability to work as part of a team and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The Window Installer will work on construction sites, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install windows according to manufacturer specifications and building codes.
• Perform glass installation, ensuring proper sealing and insulation.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during installations.
• Apply caulking to seal gaps around windows for energy efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

• Competent in the use of various power tools required for window installation tasks.
