Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Wire Harness Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling wire harnesses and ensuring that all components meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical assembly and possess the ability to read schematics and follow detailed instructions.
Duties
- Assemble wire harnesses according to specifications and schematics
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Perform soldering and ensure proper electrical wiring connections
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards
- Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and surface mount technology (SMT) as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing or electrical assembly is preferred
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings
- Familiarity with PCB assembly processes and electrical components
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including the use of calipers and ohmmeters
- Experience with soldering techniques and surface mount technology is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating attention to detail

Pay: $18.00 - $19.25 per hour
