Stay Connected is hiring a Wireless Customer Associate to represent leading wireless products and services in local territories or neighborhood environments in Pfluegerville, TX. This is an entry-level, full-time position designed for individuals looking to gain experience in outside sales, customer service, and wireless technology.

If you are confident, people-oriented, and motivated by performance-based earnings, this opportunity offers a structured training program and uncapped commission potential based on your personal sales results.

Compensation

• Uncapped commissions based on individual sales performance - this means uncapped earning potential (on average reps take home between 3 - 5k a month)
• Paid weekly
• Full-time schedule (8 hour shifts, including weekends)

Work Environment

• Assigned local territory
• On your feet for the duration of your shift
• Weekend availability required
• Full-time only (no part-time openings)

Daily Responsibilities

• Greet and approach customers
• Learn and maintain up-to-date product knowledge on wireless devices, plans, and promotions
• Execute sales tactics and follow structured sales scripts
• Promote wireless services and assist customers in selecting devices and service plans
• Explain pricing, features, upgrades, and promotions clearly
• Process transactions and complete sales documentation accurately
• Track personal sales goals and performance metrics
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing sales training
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive brand representation

• 18+ years old
• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
