We are seeking a motivated Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. We're offering $14.46 an hour, in addition to weekly pay and weekly commission, plus nationwide opportunities for substantial career growth and professional development. In this role, you will be responsible for driving wireless sales and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. You will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and organized. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales and a strong understanding of customer needs.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales display, ensuring all products and services are represented well.
• Assist in providing guidance and support to customers and key stakeholders as needed.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and make competitive product comparisons efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and trends to help improve product and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to perform product demos confidently to inform customers about features and benefits.
• Knowledge of retail store operations is beneficial but not required.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
