Prairie Mobile Communications is looking for driven and energetic Wireless Team Member to join our team in Moose Jaw, SK. Part-time opportunity is available.

What Will You Do?

As a member of our wireless sales team, you will build connections with customers by providing excellent customer service. You are passionate about helping people and identifying the customer’s products and service needs to guide them towards the best wireless technology solutions. You enjoy learning about new technology and guiding others to learn as well.

Your day could include engaging with new and current customers in-store, by phone, and online; promoting and completing wireless activations, upgrades, plan and/or data changes; working towards sales targets; and participating in merchandising, promotional activities, inventory count and trade shows as needed.

What Do You Need?

• Previous in-person customer service experience. Sales experience an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem resolution skills.
• Comfortable with technology and ability to keep up to date with product knowledge and services.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to relate to all levels of staff and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 applications. Working knowledge of iQ Metrix is an asset.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
