Due to growth in the business, we are looking for A Full Time Work Coordinator/Scheduler to join the Scheduling team.
This unique role will give you the opportunity to work out of our Wollongong Office – Doing daily admin, work scheduling and database management with a focus across Fire & HVAC Technicians.

Job Description
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has enthusiasm, initiative, curiosity and the ability to ‘make things happen’
- Ideally has exposure to the Facilities Service industry
- May have previous experience in a Service/Work Coordinator role, however strong admin and customer service experience in a business services environment will also be considered
- Is confident with technology and can work within complex systems as well as MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Has an amazing talent for planning and organising within tight deadlines.
- Possesses a positive, proactive customer service ethic
Desired Skills and Experience
What will you be doing?
- Manage daily administration activities i.e., scheduling work, managing client calls, time sheet management and purchasing.
- Maintaining client portals, invoicing and work orders in order to meet client KPIs
- Coordinate subcontractor administration
- Assist with monthly reporting
- Database management
