Summary

We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team as an Account Associate. In this position, you will assist with managing client accounts, responding to inquiries, and supporting daily account activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Address client questions and account requests through phone, email, and chats
• Support routine account updates and maintain accurate documentation
• Track open requests and ensure timely follow-up
• Enter and update client information within company platforms
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account-related matters

Requirements

• Experience in customer support, account assistance, or client management roles is helpful
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and collaboration tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• High school diploma or equivalent required
