About the Role

We are hiring Customer Assistants to join our fully remote team. This entry-level position involves helping customers with basic questions, updates, and support via phone, chat, or email. You’ll receive full training — no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with order tracking, account updates, and service information
• Record customer details and interactions using internal systems
• Follow company procedures and escalate issues as needed
• Support a positive customer experience through clear communication

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (typing, email, data entry)
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Friendly, patient, and willing to learn new tools and procedures
